BUSINESS SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
- Education: B.A. or B.S. degree or specialized field certification, in CGFM, CPA, CISA, CMA or equivalent.
- Basic Experience: Five years experience in business in the field of financial management, accounting, cost estimating, business process improvement, accounting systems, information technology applications, economics, or statistics.
- Specialized Experience: Experience in new and related legacy technology directly related to financial systems.
Duties: Defines the problems and analyzes and develops plans and requirements in the subject matter area for moderately complex to complex financial systems. Coordinates and manages the preparation of analysis, evaluations, and recommendations for proper implementation of programs and systems specifications in integrated financial management systems. Specifically: information systems architecture, networking, telecommunications, automation, communications protocols, risk management/electronic analysis, software, life-cycle management, software development methodologies, modeling and simulation, and capable of providing complex statistical modeling and analysis.
JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
- Education: B.A. or B.S. degree
- Basic Experience: Two years of experience in business
- Specialized Experience: None required.
Duties: Possess knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address client’s needs. Supports analyst functions including data collection, interviewing, data modeling, project testing, and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives. Conducts activities in support of project team’s objectives. Works closely with Senior Analysts or Team Leads.
SHAREPOINT WEB DEVELOPER (JUNIOR)
- Education: B.A. or B.S. degree
- Basic Experience: Two years of experience developing Sharepoint 2010 or later platform applications
- Specialized Experience: None required.
Duties: Develop server side code using .NET technologies with VB.net, C# and/or ASP.NET Develop web parts, features, InfoPath forms, timer jobs, and applications for SharePoint 2010 and 2013 using the SharePoint object model Develop client side code for web applications using HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP and other technologies Leverage web services to access data from other systems in development projects Demonstrate a consulting mentality – willingness to continual raise the bar, customer service first, take ownership and demonstrate joint accountability, and constantly improve and innovate Use strong communications and interpersonal skills Leverage excellent problem solving, design, coding and debugging skillsProvide critical thinking, problem solving, design, and most critically, attention to performance, scalability, reliability, availability at the system and component level Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic to deliver on-time and above standard applications Use software development process methodologies to perform various development activities (requirements, design, development, testing, etc.)
